Cold Drawn ST52 SAE1045 Polished Bright Piston Rod for Hydraulic Cylinders
ST52 and SAE 1045 steel piston rods, cold-drawn for improved strength (e.g., ST52 after cold drawing: σb ≈ 600 MPa) and polished to a bright finish. The polished surface lowers friction and reduces wear and energy consumption in hydraulic-cylinder operation. Designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems (working pressure ≥ 20 MPa), such as injection-molding machines and mining-equipment cylinders, meeting requirements for impact resistance and long-term reciprocating motion.
