Premium 1.4418 Stainless Steel Turbine Blades - Pelton/Hydro & Gas Compressor Applications
1.4418 (X4CrNiMo16-5-1) martensitic stainless steel turbine blades designed for Pelton turbines, hydraulic machinery, and gas compressors. The alloy contains Cr-Ni-Mo elements and provides a yield strength ≥650 MPa with excellent cavitation resistance. After quenching and tempering, the hardness reaches HRC30–35. Shot peening enhances the surface and increases fatigue life to 10⁷ cycles, making it suitable for high-speed operating conditions.
