Hot Forged Steam Turbine Blades - 718 Alloy Rivet Head Design for Hydro Turbines
Steam turbine blades manufactured from 718 nickel-based superalloy using a hot-forging process, featuring a rivet-head attachment design. Alloy 718 maintains high strength (σb ≥1200 MPa) at 650 °C, while forging refines grain structure and reduces segregation. The mating tolerance between the blade tenon and rivet head is controlled within ±0.01 mm. Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure steam turbines and hydraulic turbines, particularly those requiring frequent starts and stops.
