Precision Machined Stainless Steel Discs - 2500mm OD SS316 & A105 Pipe Flange
Extra-large stainless-steel disc with an outer diameter of 2500 mm, precision-machined from 316 stainless steel and A105 carbon steel to meet flange standards such as HG/T 20592. The 316 disc undergoes solution treatment, while the A105 flange is normalized. The sealing surface achieves Ra3.2. Designed for large-diameter pipeline connections used in petroleum refining, LNG storage, and transportation applications (nominal diameter ≥2000 mm).
