Large Diameter Forged Steel Discs - 1500mm OD Rough Machined Special Grade Blanks

Extra-large forged steel disc with an outer diameter of 1500 mm, produced using electroslag-remelted (ESR) steel billets. After rough machining, a machining allowance of 5–8 mm is retained, with flatness ≤1.0 mm/m. Alloy steels such as 42CrMo and 34CrNiMo6 are available. Ideal for large wind-power flanges, large bearing housings, and other special heavy forgings. All products undergo 100% UT inspection to ensure absence of internal defects.
